Update on polio eradication efforts in Afghanistan for November 2019
In November:
- Two cases of wild poliovirus were reported
- 5.6 million children were vaccinated.
- Permanent transit teams vaccinated 1,723,859 children and cross-border teams vaccinated 163 775 children
